“Interesting property, over priced for a family but had everything we needed”
A very interesting property. As everyone else has said it is a bit unusual. The property is obviously used commercially too as the kitchen is also suitable to make food to sell so it feels cluttered as too much stuff. Lots of beds so felt too many, too many sofas. Needs a bit of declutterring so with some simple changes could feel nicer. In saying that it suited our needs for one night and had everything we needed included a washer and dryer. Owner responded promptly with good instructions. Perfect location for us to be close to the glacier hike.

“Affordable informal place located in a beautiful valley”
Beautifully located affordable stay. Knut, who lives just next door was very kind and even gave us minced meat from a deer he caught recently. Also, Lent us his fishing rods

“Great vibes for a snowboard trip with the boys”
The house has a great vibe for a snowboard trip with friends, the location is amazing in the middle of a beatiful valley with river and lake nearby. Very close to Fonna Glacier summer ski resort. We had a great time fishing and doing barbecue outside.

The scenery was beautiful. There's a lovely Dam on the property if you like fishing.
