It was very clean and well equipped. Beautiful position on the water. In a safe and very friendly neighbourhood. Shanicia at the management company was absolutely lovely, so helpful and responsive to anything we asked her. Beautiful beach nearby. Shops, restaurants, marina and easy to hire a car to get around the island. Antigua is beautiful!

“Just a beautiful location on the harbour.”
The location is perfect, Quiet, no kids running around, It's on a private road (need to pass a manned security gate) so you don't get any random people walking by, Beautiful views of the harbour, Private beach 2 mins away, Good sized bedrooms, Two on-suites, Also downstairs toilet, A/C worked great, Everything you'll need in the kitchen to cook, Didn't use the barbecue but they have one, Supermarket at the end of the road (You'll need a car as it's a 20 min walk each way) I took a mosquito net, It wasn't needed, Villa number is 406C, We only had 406, The photos are accurate.

“Cost effective and comfy rental in Jolly Harbour with a price reduction due to building works”
This is an apartment which, when it was done up a few years ago, must have been amazing. It's right on the water, it's spacious and comfortable. it's a close walk to a lovely quiet beach. it's in Jolly Harbour with shops, restaurants etc. The manager was responsive when we had issues. It's reasonably priced for JH which is probably reflective of the issues we had.

- amazing facilities, found games for the children and things that could be used for the beach. - spacious -Children love the loft bed - jolly Harbour, Marina has everything you need ATM supermarket, great beaches
