Waterfront. Easy walking to beach and restaurants

“Great 3 night stay...thank you”

We stayed here for 3 nights early August, excellent communication from owner from the moment we booked. She provided a taxi service from the airport and greeted us so warmly, even providing us with a bottle of water each in the taxi. The accommodation is bigger than it looks in the pictures (usually the other way round), and has everything you need. Large double bedroom, en-suite, large twin room en-suite. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. Decent size kitchen and lounge area with dining table. The decking is really big with dining table, sofa, sun loungers, even a (gas) BBQ. There is also a downstairs toilet and sink, and even a washing machine. Towels, toilet roll, and hand soap in bathrooms. Kitchen has washing up liquid, tin foil, and tea towels etc. Very well stocked crockery, glasses etc. Jolly harbour is a safe, gated community, all set around a large marina. Great view from decking. The beach is 2-3 minute walk from the villa, with a decent beach bar/restaurant. At jolly harbour there are a few restaurants plus a well stocked supermarket. Tennis courts and a swimming pool. If you leave jolly harbour and turn right, around 5 minutes along the road there are a few outdoor bars...recommend TNA sports which serves lovely Antiguan food and is much less pricey than the restaurants inside jolly harbour. Hosts sorted taxis for us when we needed. And she provided a taxi service for us back to airport. They can also provide tours etc. Lovely stay, great hosts and comfortable accommodation...thank you!

Fantastic location in Jolly Harbour. Large westerly facing decking. Spacious and well equipped for self catering. Giuliana was responsive and helpful.

Location, size, people looking after the property were very supportive and helpful, washed towels on request, gas barbeque, views from balcony, everything available for self catering , close to supermarket and Jolly Harbour, safe and beautiful area

Beautiful deck on the water, tree and flowers full of hummingbirds, great location close to the beach, pool and restaurants. 2 upstairs bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and one guest bathroom downstairs - even with a washing machine.

Excellent location, efficient cleaning half way through stay with clean bed linen, towels etc., manager Giuliana exceedingly helpful.

“Great Location and facilities”

The apartment is ideally located for access to Jolly Beach with its beach bars and also only a short walk / drive to the supermarket and the other facility around the marina. A big plus was free access to the marina swimming pool which my wife used every day, typically having the pool to herself. A parking space is provided and the aircon in the bedrooms was very efficient with a ceiling fan for main reception room. The deck outside of this room was great for breakfast in the early mornings or a glass of wine in the evenings. The kitchen was well stocked with pots / pans and utensils and, although it is a little dated, we had everything we needed to prepare our meals

Great location with our own private deck/jetty and 2 min walk from the amazing Jolly beach. Comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were amazingly helpful and went out of their way to help us in every way possible

Great location, clean, a few minutes walk to the beach, great spot to explore the island. Easy check in. Kitchen well equipped. Giuliana was very helpful. Was always available if we had any questions.

“Great location for Jolly Beach”

The people looking after the property (Alex and Giuliana) were delightful. They collected us from the airport and returned us there. They were helpful and lovely. The property however is rather in need of some TLC. The bed on the main room was very comfortable, the shower hot (occasional low pressure, but this is Antigua), the location superb for the Jolly beach Epicurean supermarket.

Was never offered breakfast at any point. I liked the fact that it was close to the beach.
