“Exceptional for Vibes, Not Recommended for Karaoke”
The interior design of the room is really pretty, aesthetic, comfortable. Furnitures, decorations and gadgets all compliment each other. Even the lights are really pretty. Forgot the review could add photos, should've taken some proper photos of the whole vibe of the room. Although I didn't use the kitchen, I saw air fryer, steamer, water dispenser, ovens.. pretty well equipped. There's Jaya Grocer downstairs too. Towels were provided, toothbrush wasn't. The security there is very good, they really check before simply letting people into their Block. TV is quite big, has almost all that you need, Netflix YouTube etc. Speaker sounds pretty good too.

The property itself was decent, but unfortunately, it’s poorly managed by JettBros. They required a RM300 deposit via bank transfer and promised to refund it within 48 hours of check-out. Not only was the refund delayed, but I also had to follow up myself to receive it—something I've never encountered with other homestay bookings. Very disappointing experience on the service front.

“Perfect place, highly recommended!”
The location is perfect. There are car park, groceries, shopping mall with a lot of eating out choices. It’s near the CIQ and even has a link bridge that connects to it. The facilities are complete and working well, the room is clean and spacious, also well-lit. WiFi worked smoothly, no disruptions. Charging sockets are adequate. Also, no long waits for the lifts. Check-in and check-out instructions are clear, and the process was easy. The host is really nice, replied very quickly to every questions. Highly recommended for short or long stays in JB! Very happy with the stay.

1. walking distance around 15-20min to custom and City square by link bridge (hopefully it is safe at night as well) 2. fresh and fragrance smell in the room and It's cozy and clean in overall, the downside was small cockroach appears 2 times in the washroom, believed from the drainage sinks
