Penginapan ini sangat mengecewakan. Nombor kecemasan yang diberikan sukar dihubungi pada waktu malam. Apabila dihubungi, alasan yang diberikan adalah waktu operasi hanya sehingga pukul 12 malam. Jika berlaku kecemasan selepas waktu tersebut, bagaimana tetamu hendak mendapatkan bantuan? Selain itu, kad parkir tidak disediakan lebih awal. Tetamu perlu berpusing-pusing mencari dan mengambil kad parkir sendiri, tetapi akhirnya kad tersebut pula tidak tersedia. Proses ini sangat menyusahkan dan membuang masa. Aircond juga tidak berfungsi pada mulanya kerana terdapat suis tertentu yang perlu ditekan, tetapi tiada sebarang makluman atau arahan diberikan kepada tetamu. Yang paling mengecewakan, saya dikenakan caj sehingga RM30 kerana keluar lewat sedikit. Peraturan dan caj tambahan sepatutnya diterangkan dengan lebih jelas dari awal. Secara keseluruhannya, pengalaman menginap di sini sangat tidak memuaskan. Banyak perkara boleh diperbaiki dari segi komunikasi, kemudahan dan layanan kepada tetamu. Saya tidak akan memilih penginapan ini lagi pada masa akan datang.

“Returning Customer Left Extremely Disappointed by Poor Communication and Property Condition”
ANJU used to be our family's first choice whenever we visited Johor Bahru. Unfortunately, this stay turned out to be one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences we have ever had. This time, I travelled with my wife, our 2-month-old baby, and an elderly family member. We arrived at around 8:00 PM and followed the instructions provided to collect the parking access card from the designated mailbox. However, the parking card could not be used. Following the instructions and AI replies, I tried a second card from the mailbox, but it also failed to work. As a result, we were unable to enter the basement car park and had to wait outside with a hungry infant and an elderly family member after a long journey. I first reported the issue via WhatsApp at 8:18 PM. Despite repeatedly informing them that I was stuck at the car park entrance and had already tried multiple parking cards, all I received were AI-generated replies such as "Please hold on" and "Customer service will get back to you shortly." No actual assistance was provided. It was only at 8:42 PM — more than 20 minutes later — that a staff member finally informed me that the parking allocation was already at full occupancy and instructed me to park at the R&F Mall visitor car park instead. If parking was already unavailable due to full occupancy, why were guests not informed before arrival? Why were we left waiting outside while repeatedly communicating with an AI chatbot that was unable to solve the issue? The staff later instructed me to "pay and claim" for the parking charges and assured me that the parking fee would be reimbursed within 3 to 5 working days. However, as of today, I have still not received the reimbursement or any update regarding the matter.

You need to get out of your car. Walk to the block, pick up the keys and then go back into the car park. It is quite a walk and inconvenient.
