“HOLIDAY AT ITS BEST”
The location was great. Got early check in. They provide coffee maker n some drinks in the fridge. Pool is closed early. I guess it's for safety reasons. Breakfast was really good.Their 🍩donuts were awesome. Love their presentation. Will definitely come again.

Excellent hotel right next to the train station, friendly helpful staff, very good spacious room 2602 with great Singapore and water views. The rooftop infinity pool and spa were great and the full glass wall gym had amazing views. Excellent buffet breakfast and good selection for evening dinner.

Convenient location just opposite custom. Room is spacious , extra bed requested before check in and staff arrange for us after we arrive the room. Good for family of four with premium king size bed room.

“A great stay for a stopover/staycay or short trip to JB.”
Location. Right smack in the center opposite to JB Sentral connected by a huge pedestrian bridge that is highly accessible. Komtar itself is quite a nice mall with a good spread of shops that are unique in their own ways. City square is right opposite but do check if it's still partially closed for renovation. As I drove, naturally car security was one of my concerns - but the staff there was very helpful to grant me access to a covered parking area - which is on the roof top of the carpark btw. As such, it's almost impossible for the car to be stolen unless the thief has access to ur keys - towing is impossible. Also, the carpark identifies the car visually. Therefore there's no need to use touch n go or physical tickets to get out. All I needed to do was to mention it to the recepionist and she'll register my car as free parking until check out.
