“Cheap and value for money but nasty staff”

What was good was the location, and there were some basic items provided - a towel, hair dryer, water dispenser. There was also hot water for shower. They also had slippers to change to, so that you can keep your own footwear in the locker as you’ll have to be barefoot and leave your slipper on the floor outside the pod.

The owners are very sweet and accommodating, taking the time to guide those new to capsules. The bed sheets and capsule itself was clean too.

In terms of a dormitory, one of the most well planned and organised facilities. The rules are designed to keep things in order, which I appreciate.

The staff were a couple of auntie and uncle. They had their work ethic, can be a little straight forward and rude, but they really keep place clean and keep the security tight.

The place was very clean and tidy. The room was quiet and the bathrooms good. The lady at the desk was nice.

Very clean capsule beds. Quiet (capsules are hollow and may have brief knocking around when people entering or getting out of their own capsule bed, but tolerable). Lighting in capsule bed all functional, has both adjustable colors (led) and normal (reading) light Air is very fresh in the single bed dormitory area. Sleeping area is sufficiently cold (they provide covers on top of the bed as well). Provide coffee/teh/milo from machine, also water dispenser, which are welcome at the very-reasonable price. Common bathroom area is relatively clean. Big sinks to wash up / brush your teeth if need to do so. Locker is sufficiently large (tall but not long, do note can't fit very long items); has a lower cubby level (to place shoes).

Capsule was great, very spacious and was well air conditioned. The share space was great too, not that the area was really touristy as it was a place to stay for a night maybe before heading off to Singapore you’d think. Bathroom/shower weren’t bad either.

The air-conditioned common area was a comfortable spot to relax, and the capsules themselves were designed to maximize comfort. Key highlights include: • Unique climate control: One of the standout features of this hostel was its unique climate control system. The capsules are all located within a large, cold room, which maintains a consistently cool temperature. Each capsule has a small fan that controls the flow of cold air into the capsule, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your liking via a convenient knob. • Cleanliness: The capsules themselves were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed. Towels and bed linen were provided, and I appreciated that they were freshly changed for each customer. It was clear that the hostel prioritized cleanliness and comfort. • Security: Security was also top-notch, with a single access card providing secure access to the main entrance, my labelled locker, and my labelled capsule. It was convenient and reassuring to have everything linked to one card. While the capsules aren’t soundproof, complimentary earplugs help mitigate this issue. Families with young children and guests with mobility challenges may find the design less suitable due to the need for silence and climbing into upper capsules. With efficient check-in/out processes and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere, this hostel is highly recommended for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and an innovative experience.
