Had such a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. Location was super convenient, and it felt very comfortable throughout my stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive. Really appreciated the thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again!

7/10 - Location. Near to Beletime but no shelter. 8/10 - Clean beds, towels provided, hair dryer. 9/10 - Swings at balcony sea view. 10/10 - The lift entrance is not on ground floor carpark. Very accessible and easy to find. Very nice 24hrs security staffs at Royal Strand Apartment Condominium. 🤫 🤭

It's well maintained & spotless, the deco is minimalist, electrical goods are in good condition, the view is stunning.. However, there's no mirror in this unit except for the bathroom.. It's a bit inconvenient to put on makeup while the others are waiting to use the bathroom.. So don't forget to bring your own mirror 😅

The security was very good and safe, very aesthetic apartment, nice views and balcony, the smell in the toilet was fragrant as there were fragrance sachets placed.

The apartment is very dirty. There are ants everywhere.

The location was close to a few eateries (across the road) and supermarket with in the shopping mall. Laundromat across the road to dry clothes. The view. The very first impression is of a sleek, well presented apartment, but the bathrooms are unhygenic and in poor condition.

The location of the stay was good and lively with many eateries and convenience stores for the daily needs. The interior deco for the unit was quite pleasing at first sight.

all good. clean. comfortable. spacious. projector 📽️ easy check in and check out. lots of convenience stores downstairs. 24hrs indian food restaurant just across the road.

The master bedroom and living room area were huge. View in balcony was decent.
