“Good value”
The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfy and the pillows were fluffy. The breakfast was okay. The staff was very nice. The location was pretty good.

Horrible breakfast and the staff was so rude and carrying her phone around trying to work. She was so rude. Flies in the refrigerator inside the room as well as the microwave. Shower curtain was nasty and had dirt all over it. Not enough washcloths or towels. Bed linens smelled like former people. Nasty building. Everything negative

“It was really good for the most part.”
It was very clean and accomodating. We stayed at a diff hotel last time we was in Johnson City which we paid more for but this one was way better than that one. Only complaint I have was the smell of weed in our room which cause me to have a panic attack an sick to my stomach. which isn't the hotels fault but guest staying there. They have up no smoking signs but of course people don't obied by them, so def not holding that against the hotel. We would stay here again.

“Hotel is great other than some of the staffs attitude.”
Breakfast was pretty poor compared to what it used to be. Sausage patties were frozen and we had to microwave them ourselves and the biscuits were cold too. Staff seemed to be making fun of us and staring while they video chatted on their phone speaking a language I couldn't understand.
