I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this 2-bedroom spacious apartment in Sandton. I was traveling with my family and looking forward to a comfortable stay, but we were completely let down. Shortly after arrival, we called the host, she informed us that the apartment had not been cleaned. She then claimed the booking was canceled, yet I received no official cancellation notice or message through the platform. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, she has since ignored all my calls and messages. This situation left my family and me stranded, with no accommodation and no support from the host. I now believe this is a scam and would strongly urge others to avoid this listing. It’s completely unacceptable to treat guests this way, especially when traveling with family.

The property itself was beautiful and comfortable. The property is within the hotel and there is access to the gym , bar and good restaurants. Very central and close to malls. Children play ground and big pool. Most importantly, Femi was super responsive to all our needs.

Kettle cracked and leaking, asked for replacement, received a filthy one. Hardly any cutlery. Zero arrival toilet rolls, WiFi not working for 40% of stay, no clothes hangers in rooms. Poor, very poor.
