The ambiance of the flat and the location. The place was welcoming and the location is just a walking distance from the place where I have to go during my stay. I really liked the apartment. It was clean. Also, the free parking space was a plus. The apartment had everything you might need while staying. I received a quick answer from the owners to all my questions. I recommend it.

Good location (not so far from city center in my perspective), next to university. The place was very clean and quiet. Easy to check-in and out.
