The staff is very polite and ready to help.Food was amazing service was excellent special appreciation for mr Kamal for his services.

Location and value for money

Staff was friendly, helpful and eager to serve. The place seemed understaffed and the staff needs more training. The room no 4 which we stayed in for 3 days was a sorry one. Too small for 2 twinbeds. Beds were angled because of columns on both sides. Bedside table abd lamp were too big for the space. No visibility outside. All windows are locked. No fresh air unless you open the door. The reception staff can see directly then. No light above room mirror. No place to put suitcases. Had to request for tables. Had requested for a soft thin cotton pillow well before arrival. Was given a thin foam pillow. Every day had to request for hand towels. Someday for facetowels. On the 3rd day requested to change room. We were told it was not available. It was congested and suffocating. On the 4th day we were shifted to Room 2. This was a suite with transparent windows. The mattresses were firmer. It was a relief. Will not stay at Tree of Life again. Needs lot more development of property and thoughtful design execution, trained staff. Very sad stay. High Point was the wonderful staff.

A-la-carte breakfast was amazing. Beautiful, minimalist setting within an old house. They show off the history of Jodhpur too. Very comfortable with all modern facilities. Staff were welcoming. Our welcome drink was delicious with home made sweets in our room. Its all the small details that adds up.
