“Good cheap & friendly place to stay for the sights of Jodhpur”

Friendly & helpful staff, good terrace at the top for views of Jodhpur & the Fort

Ran by a family who made me feel like I was at home. Very nice people, good location and good price for facilities.

Positives: family run, who are lovely and very helpful. I liked the style of the room. The air con was very good, hot water/shower, fridge was great. Wifi was good. After check in, the sink was badly leaking over the bathroom floor, which they did fix, but took 2hrs and we just wanted to relax after a long journey.

We liked the hospitality of the hosts, who are very welcoming & offer more than just a room: they can give you advice on what to visit & also offer tours, walking, by tuk tuk or cooking classes as well. We recommend doing that, as you can experience the authentic indian way through it. Also, we liked the chats with the hosts, where we learned a lot of the daily lives in Jodhpur. We also liked, that we could have breakfast and dinner at the rooftop, with view of the famous Jodhpur Fort. The room was very clean, spacious and was super interesting, as the whole house is a Haveli, a traditional way of building Rajasthani Houses, where the host family is also living in. The bathroom and everything in it, shower etc., worked very well and was again super clean, and included amenities.

The property is a renovated traditional Haveli. The bed was very comfortable and the ensuite bathroom was great. The rooftop dining gives you the opportunity to see the fort close up and be amongst the rooftops of the old city.

We had a wonderful time at Kutumb Villa! We felt like part of the family, surrounded by warmth, kindness and attention to every detail. The villa is beautiful and filled with genuine generosity that makes you feel truly welcomed and at home.

The location, close to the markets. The friendly owner and his staff. The atmosphere of the bedroom, and the spacious clean bathroom.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, the family is super welcoming and makes you feel at home, the food is also very tasty, they helped with everything. We loved it.

Nice haveli, nice rooms, and great friendly staff! The owner's family really enjoys to take care of guests. Very close to everything u Need to see in the city. We did a walking tour with Vikram and It was really good. Thank you again!!

“Fair as a budget option”

Location fine and low cost

Located very near the fort and other sites in the city, it has a nice terrace with great views. The room was spacious, in an old tradional home. The family running the hotel was very nice and helpful to organise taxis and activities. Offers basic breakfast on the terrace and as well as other meals when requested.

Rarely do you get to say that the photos are not as good as real life. That is the case here. Absolutely beautiful room... soooo clean, with such interesting details. We loved it. It is an old haveli built by an accountant to the maharaja. It has been so thoughtfully restored that I think the maharaja would be proud. Nadu worked around the clock to make our stay pleasurable, always with a smile on his face. Thank you Nadu and the rest of the family who were all so welcoming. Such great value for money.. we would return at any time back in jaipur.

Biew, great food

We felt very welcomed right from the start. The hosts were very attentive and helped us to feel relaxed and to plan our stay to make best use of our time in Jodphur. We had a lovely cooking lesson with them too, have lots of lovely memories of our time here. The room was absolutely beautiful, the terrace was lovely, and the food really good. Definitely recommend.
