They were very considerate, sent a temporary to pick and drop to parking area. The room was beautiful and we'll preserved in its architecture and decorations. Gave us a feel of the old royal era. Service and staff were very good

“Heritage stay in a budget”

Historical and heritage with modern place. The room was big and had a different style. Loved it. Very close to the fort and chamunda mata mandir. Recommended for family also.

Very nice heritage property. Clean room & very helpful staff. 360* view on fort & blue city. We saw nice sunset from the roof top.

Parking Issues: The hotel did not provide parking facilities. We were asked to park at a government hospital, incurring an unexpected expense of ₹200 per day. Additional Transport Costs: To commute between the parking area and the hotel, we had to use rickshaws, costing another ₹200 each time. No Drinking Water: The hotel did not provide complimentary water, which was inconvenient. Air Conditioning Problems: Both room AC units were faulty. Although the display showed a target temperature of 16°C, the rooms only cooled to around 29°C. Booking Settlement Concerns: The staff requested us to cancel the booking through the official website and settle the payment directly with them to avoid paying commission, which felt unprofessional.

Well located in the Old City, very traditional but still modern enough (toilets, food etc.). The staff are also incredibly friendly and are always looking to help

This place is fantastic! One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Could not recommend singhvis haveli more. The staff are lovely, the place is stunning, the food is delicious. The room we stayed in was large, bed was comfortable, no issues with the bathroom, and everything was very clean! The location is fantastic - right near the fort and in the middle of the blue city!

What a find- beautiful, historic, quirky, artistic. We had 2 standard (very cute) rooms plus a suite which was fabulous. Felt like a step back in time. Food is amazing- we kept coming back to eat here. The roof terrace is atmospheric with a great sunset view of fort and temple. Service faultless especially the wonderful Sunil. We got out laundry done and had a complete rest.

Absolutely stunning! Our room was like a room in a palace. The staff really went out of their way to help us including organising a reasonably priced car to pick us up from Jaipur when our train was unexpectedly cancelled last minute. They also organised tuk tuk driver to take us around Jodhpur who again was very reasonably priced and helpful. Food onsite was yummy. We got upgraded on our second night to a bigger suite for no reason which was a nice gesture. Location is very convenient for accessing main sites and the historic blue neighbourhoods.
