Situated a short tuktuk from the bus and train stations this was a great stay. The hosts were responsive, friendly and welcoming. We used both the laundry and ate at the property and can fully recommend both.

The family who run L.G. Guest House are incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. They happily looked after us, providing meals, helping book tickets, organising tuk tuks and also sitting with us and sharing insights about their culture, religion and local events and attractions. Their hospitality made our stay and exceeded our expectations.

We stayed at this lovely guest house for two Nights, well clean rooms with attached clean bathroom. The property is at just beneath the Mehrangarh fort and most tourist attractions are at walkable distance.

Lovely guesthouse in perfect location, easy walking distance to clock tower and also the fort. The family who run this guesthouse are lovely, welcoming you whenever you come back to the building. The food is also delicious and very reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone staying in Jodphur.

Really nice hosts - the parents were very nice. The food was amazing, would highly recommend it. The rooms were comfortable and nicely painted. The host was very responsive and the view to the fort is awesome. Great value and a perfect place to stop the night.

We loved our stay here, happiness and his parents really put their everything into this place and make you feel at home. The decor is beautiful and the room was comfortable and clean. Their food is amazing home cooked style food by ‘dad’ and their coffee is a good size!! The WiFi is also really good and the location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the fort or 10 minutes down to the clocktower.

“Our favourite homestay in India!”

We had a truly brilliant stay at L G Guesthouse! From the moment we arrived, the family made us feel so welcome and even let us check in very early in the morning. They were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always happy to help with anything we needed. After 2 months of travelling around India, this was by far our favourite place we’ve stayed. We honestly didn’t want to leave half the time - the guesthouse is so beautiful and comfortable, especially the terrace, where we loved spending time relaxing. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious, all cooked by the family. The room was comfortable, the shower had reliable hot water (a real treat!), and everything felt clean and well cared for. We genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more. An easy 10/10 - we’d stay again in a heartbeat!

“The best place we stayed”

Such an amazing place! The rooms are extremely clean and beautifully painted and decorated, by far the best we have stayed in during the whole month trip in India. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom spotless. It is run by a lovely family, always ready to give plenty of advice. They also Cook the food at their restaurant themselves, which is delicious and very reasonably priced. And what a location.. right under the fort, two steps away from the blue corridor and the sunset point! Enjoy the view from their terrace. We will recommend it to anybody going to Jodhpur.

I decided to stay at LG Hostel based on the reviews. The city of Jodhpur can be a bit noisy, but luckily the hostel is located right next to the city wall, in a neighborhood where motorcycles barely pass by, which makes it a very quiet place. I was warmly welcomed by the family who runs the business. The hostel is very beautiful and also extremely clean. I highly recommend trying the traditional food they prepare here — they truly cook very well. I also recommend watching the sunset from the rooftop at the hostel. 10/10. Thank you for everything! “Superb , beautiful and feel like home and also affordable”

A beautiful and very clean place with an extremely hospital and helpfull family running the place. Super and that’swhy we come back when we return from jaiselmer. Apart from that all the price is affordable and till now the best value for money on our trip in rajasthan( already two weeks). Jitu and his wife do everything possible to advice you and hapiness the son explains what you can do in jodhpur.
