“VERY UNHELPFUL STAFF AND BATHROOM TO BE FIXED”
When I just entered the room, the bathroom floor was full of water (coming from the WC or the shower). When I asked to repair it ir to be moved to another apartment, they told me I had to negotiate it directly with the "owner" of the apartment. They almost repaired it (at last there still was some water and also on the floor beside the bed, coming from the wall !). Then, when I asked in the evening to stay one more night, the tokd they would ask again the "owner" and answer me as soon as possible. They didn't, abd even when the next morning I asked again twice they couldn't tell me, delaying it. Finally, when I strongly insisted, they dared to check the bookings and told me that the room was already rajen and I had to leave. I so lost all morning packing again and lookkng for a new accommodation. Very ineficient and unhelpful staff at the lobby.
