It's surely a hotel designed for couples, but it's amazingly well-equipped for the price. The rooms are large, with a bathtub and a spacious shower, the bed is comfortable, the parking is easy and large. I was on high-end hotels that had way worse amenities and dimensions, I am extremely satisfied with my stay.

“Great hotel, exceptional value”

Staff great and helpful. We were very kindly allowed to check-in early, and after our water bottle was mistakenly taken by the cleaners the evening guy managed to recover it for us (presumably by going through the bins), that was definitely going beyond his duty so we thank him for that. Room was very spacious and clean, with a massive bath, desks, tables, 4 pillows and large comfortable bed. Wifi was fine. Breakfast was bread (with a toaster), sachets of jam, unlimited coffee, orange flavoured drink, pot noodles, and eggs with a hot plate to cook yourself. Great central location for exploring Jinju. Overall, we thought our stay was great value compared with other places we've stayed in South Korea.

Breakfast was quite limited: eggs and toast, unless you enjoy Korean food for breakfast - I ate eggs and toast. The location was good for evening places to eat and drink and not too far from Jinjuseong (Castle)

The tv remote control had some problems. They should look into this carefully so that customers would not have to go through the frustrations of trying to fix it or talk to the front desk for questions/issues. It should be operable without any difficulty.

“Very Good place to stay in Paju”

I really liked the kindness of staff, I had a problem with my car and they were very helpful. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The room was warm. The bathroom is in the room despite the annouce says it is not. Of course, it is a Carlton Hotel, it would be strange the room has not private bathroom. The place is close to numerous place to visit I had in my plan and close to the hotel there are many restaurants. It is perfect if you travel by car.

“Surprisingly good after the first impression”

After coming through a small alley and the reception looking pretty shabby, the room was surprisingly big and clean. It was a short walk to the fortress. Breakfast was interesting, no staff, but you could make yourself eggs, toast, cereal and cup noodles.

I would like to thank the receptionist and her husband for all the help they gave me, over and above the call of duty. The room and bathroom were large, very comfortable with all amenities.

We liked the size and cleanliness of the room. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel and the lantern festival was within walking distance

There were no breakfast. Lobby is not that attractive in comparison with room. Staff in check in is good but we could see inside room that some one was lying in the corner of room, looks un professional. in general everything is good enough.

“Best hotel in Jinju”

First of all great staff, pacient, extremely diligent and polite, 24h receptionist, extremely clean!!!! Word of advice(see policies): check which cards are acceptable, usually only american credit cards, no VISA or Mastercard, take cash! or, there is a CU store 10m away with an ATM taking those cards during the day (7-23:00)…still remember that in Korea they expect upfront payment, unlike Europe! That beeing said I think it’s the best value for money stay in Jinju! Very very spacious room, excellent bathroom with shower and separate free standing bathtub, nice touch! very comfy beds, extra heating mat!! and overall great facilities (big screen TV, surround loudspeakers, even projector w/screen). Great location, walking distance from the fortress and city center, and still very quiet during the night!

Friendly staff and solved my issue during the stay. The room was spacious and the bed is comfortable. The breakfast was ok (eggs, cup noodle, milk, coffee, juice, cereals).

The room was bigger than I expected, very clean and the bathroom/shower areas were very clean and comfortable. My friend mentioned how comfortable the bed was too. The free breakfast also exceeded our expectations and was enough to keep us full half of the day!
