“Quick pit-stop”
We had a 7am flight, location to airport was great. Check in was a breeze. Staff member was very kind and upgraded our room to a bigger one as he saw we had two little kids with us. Very appreciative. Didn't get to check out the facilities or the breakfast.

The hotel is very closed to the airport n It took us free to the airport by car at 5am. Tks so much! The dinner is nice.

“Nice hotel, but I think I wouldn’t stay again if the air-conditioning was like that”
The air-conditioner never went down. It was bloody hot in the room. That’s why I will not stay again. If it was like that again it was terrible actually couldn’t sleep. It was too hot and my friend who came with me in the next room was the same we both probably would not stay again because of the heat in the room air conditioning was not working properly.

They gave the same room for two guests by mistake so at 2 am I was shocked by someone trying to enter my room . Then the receptionist tried to call the room investigate at 2:30 am .

“Very pleasant experience...”
A great thanks to the Breakfast team, these ladies were absolutely amazing and helpful, very friendly especially Tung-mei and Wang fang-mie not sure if the spelling is correct. Also, Mr Charming Yang were very helpful and friendly and even arranging after hour taxi for me. Well dune team... I would have loved to have a fridge in the room, as my water were always warm...

“Would definitely recommend this hotel.”
Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. All staff in the hotel courteous and very helpful often going the extra distance with things like booking taxis and assistance with airline reservations.

“The room smelled bad, it made it hard to sleep”
The room smelled horribly of cigarette despite being non smoking, there were cigarette butts near the elevator and very ill mannered guests.
