The staff were amazing, excellent hospitality. The breakfast was superb and catered for both my daughter and my food choices. I loved the location and the history of the building. A little updating would make the interior feel cleaner, but as we want to stay there again, I think that sums it up

Staff are increatiably friendly, ready to serve everything. Great location, cozy and quiet. Lot of options provided by the hotel is free, even its not included in service.

“Perfect”
Hotel in a preserved stone building. Excellent location — close to the city center yet a unique boutique hotel. We were upgraded to a very large room. The staff is kind and helpful.

The hotel was run down. It must have been a nice hotel when it was new, but the whole picture when we visited was disappointing despite the staff efforts to keep the standard up to par. Serious renovation needed.

A very different breakfast to those we have experienced in other Israeli hotels. There appeared to be a lack of fruit but the other options made up for it. Excellent location and comfy room, excellent.
