This is a family owned and run hotel, most of the staff have worked there for in excess of 15 years, they love their jobs and it shows. The service from all at the hotel was exceptional, they organised our taxi's to and from the hotel to Ben Gurion airport. They also arranged all taxi's and tour guides for our trips round Jerusalem old city, Bethlehem and Jericho. All costs put on the hotel bill so easy to pay once for everything as we booked out. Fabulous service in an amazing hotel.

The service from all at the hotel was exceptional, they organised our taxi's to and from the hotel to Ben Gurion airport. A great place to unwind and to explore Jerusalem. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in the courtyard, with a small pond and fountain in the middle, was a great way to start the day. The small bookshop attached to the hotel is outstanding.

“Brilliant Luxury And Personal Service !”
This is a unique boutique hotel that is classy and feels like a peaceful oasis in the hectic city . Alex the general manager personally helped us leave the country by land once the war started . We will always be grateful for his kind assistance . With his help , we managed to cross into Jordan and find flights back to London via Istanbul .

“Ok but wouldn’t return.”
Location good but bedrooms tired.Also our original junior suit room was on the courtyard which was nice but unacceptably noisy as there were dining tables for breakfast etc right outside our door and you could hear talking clearly inside our room and noisy plates and cutlery.Second room better but told to avoid noise from the mosque due to call to prayer starting around 4.00am.If the hotel had been full it could have been a disaster and I would have moved to a different hotel.The room was tired and curtains badly needed replacing and double or triple glazing installing.
