The hotel has an absolutely fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk to Damascus Gate. There are plenty of shops around, as well as cafés with sweets and shawarma. In general, you can reach all the main attractions on foot within 15 minutes. The staff is very friendly. We were given a great room on the 5th floor with a terrace and a view of the minaret and the Muslim cemetery. The room was spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. There is a coffee machine at the reception where you can make tea or coffee at any time. We really enjoyed everything. I highly recommend it.

The room is clean and location is good..

Great location, within walking distance of everywhere in the Old City, and round the corner from several nice restaurants. The staff were very helpful when we arrived late after our travel was delayed, and they even upgraded us to a nicer room. Room was comfortable and clean.

The front desk staff and the shower were excellent. The staff were very kind and always checked on me, which made me feel warm and welcome, like being with family. The shower was great, with both rain and hand options, strong water pressure, and constant hot water. Especially in the cold season, it was very comfortable.

Excellent hotel on Salahuddin Street very close to the old city's gate. Convenient location, clean and affordable accommodation. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was within walking distance of the main sights. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful. The Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The TV allowed you to log in to your own Netflix account. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. At the reception, good coffee from a machine and free water were available.

The staff working here were kind, and the location was very close to the Old City. Lie! Why would I have left my belongings in the room after checking out? And it’s also a lie that more of us showed up — it’s extremely unpleasant that you defend yourself with such cheap excuses because of the filthy room! I recorded a video of the dirty air conditioner, as well as how we entered the room. I have attached pictures of my reservation where it clearly shows that I booked for 3 people, and I even specifically requested an extra bed for the child (since it was indicated on Booking that it was available for free). This alone says everything about the kind of public response I received!
