“Great hotel in Jerusalem”
The hotel is good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The check-in is very easy, the personal is very friendly. The hotel is in east Jerusalem, around 5 minutes (walking) away from the nearest tram station. Bus stops are there as well. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It is easy to reach the main touristic spots from there. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!

“Great hotel in Jerusalem”
The hotel is good, the room has a nice size, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom is clean. The check-in is very easy, the personal is very friendly. The hotel is in east Jerusalem, around 5 minutes (walking) away from the nearest tram station. Bus stops are there as well. Super markets and good restaurants are also nearby. It is easy to reach the main touristic spots from there. It was a good stay and I would absolutely recommend it!

“No value for money”

“I didn’t stay I left!!!”
I did not like the fact that I booked a double room in advance and I stated even though I did pay for a double room that it was subject to availability when I stated that I had bone problems etc. When I got to the room, it was two single beds really low to the floor which will rock hard. I could not have possibly stayed there even though I tried to lie down on one of them. I was exhausted. The man even came to try to fix the TV which is ridiculous because he kept saying it was working when clearly it was just fuzzy as there was a vague picture. He seemed to think that that was working. In the foyer, the ceiling was dripping. The staff was short and not very patient.. I did not like the way in which I was spoken to when I was merely finding out about another restaurant, and it’s location as a lady had told me vaguely where it was and another guy was shouting at me saying to me who told you that who told you that. which I had to pay for because the first one when I got there they just about let me go and eat something when the time was correct there was no one in there anyway the food was absolutely appalling. They also don’t seem to know the difference between ground floor and first floor .I wouldn’t even have give my dog the food in the first restaurant, as for the second the men were a bit more friendly and I managed to get a pizza but I had to pay for it however one of the guys was really nice and went and got me some cheese and bread for free. I just realised I couldn’t stay there. There were blankets in the cupboard they smell of donkey to be fair that that’s the only way I could describe it. I then had to leave the hotel as I’ve booked somewhere else then they were trying to tell me when I called down and eventually got hold of someone after forever that they could try and do something but that would’ve been not that night anyway, and then the lady was saying is there anything I can do when I was leaving which was a bit late in the day?

I came from Spain I booked for 2 adults and they didn't let my friend to enter. They asked for marriage papers!We left the place and they didn't return my money. Be careful with this place.
