“Cosy place”

Apartment fully equipped and very good positioned,just next to the market and tram station ,very clean and very good wifi,overall we had a very pleasant stay...

I've been misled , I've paid extra money for a big flat with a balcony. There wasn't a balcony or space. They refuse to move me into another room, even though they had vacant rooms. They didn't enable me to use the storage, even though, it states they have one. The cleaner agreed to help me, they have a basement, I kept a small bag with boots and a coat, but when I came back , he throw it away. There customer service was extremely unhelpful I have actually paid for a night check in, and it turned out , there was no access, their customer service, told me in the phone, the reservation will be cancelled. It turned out it wasn't. I had to go to the North, and was already out of Jerusalem. They didn't enable me to change the dates. So I could be forced to travel back to Jerusalem, or loose my money. It also turned up, They charged me additional 18% VAT, even though I don't live in Israel. They refused to cancel the reservation, or offer me the access code , before I paid additional fees for 18% Vat. I've tried to ask for you're help , but you failed to help me. I'm furious, especially cause there was a cheaper room on Urbanic hotel, I have great experience with their customer service, with a balcony, but they posted a bigger room with a huge balcony, and provided me a tiny room , without a genuine balcony. I'm concidering suing them I have never had such a bad experience, and I've been travelling a lot.

Comfortable, bed in its own bedroom, not a studio, kitchen amenities basic but all the essentials, fab location but quiet, super clear instructions and great communication.

Everything was perfect except for the hot water system, which made me very nervous you have to switch on and wait 1 hour for hot water this makes no sense

The location is perfect, close to the old city by light train or walking 30 minutes Many attractions, restaurants, market etc close by. Also near to the central station. The apartment is excellent, clean, comfortable, perfect instructions and host is very easy to contact with fast response.

Comfortable, well equipped, beautiful. Wonderful shared rooftop with comfy seats and beautiful view of the house of Parliament and the green around it. Lovely quirky alley to my room. I appreciated the Nespresso coffee machine with a few capsules. Easy to find using the instructions and map attached upon check in. Excellent location, within a short walk to the market with plenty of places to eat, as well as the train station and the light train.

“Pleasantly Surprising-cute unit, safe and private... great location”

This little unit helped our already awesome trip to Israel even better. It was as the pictures showed. I like close proximity to many shops) markets/tram line/buses and Old Jerusalem Cute little unit, modern decor, simple and practical, good utensils n plates, cookware etc in kitchen. Great for two mates traveling or couple. Security lockouts roll shutters and safety lock on door was very good. Clean and tidy on arrival. Staff were friendly and fast replies. Thank you to Shir-TLV2GO Guest Service Agent who was across enquiries and early arrival-great attitude and patience. Erin too-thank you. Would definitely recommend... and hope to return to Jerusalem... and would certainly stay there again.

Was a good location, nice apartment manager who answered my questions quickly. If I could ask for anything, it would be the addition of coffee mugs. The glass cups in the apartment are sufficient but too small for me, larger cups would have made my stay perfect.
