Very clean hotel with a comfortable atmosphere. I appreciated that it is European-style, so there were no Sabbath restrictions like elevators stopping on weekends. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the city and close to everything.

Overall, I liked the hotel. Nissim at the reception was very friendly, polite, and courteous. Breakfast was conveniently timed and offered a good selection (although not suitable for meat lovers, as only herring and tuna were available). The coffee was very good. The location was great—it was close to the tram stop, the Old Town, and lots of cafes and small shops, yet quiet at night.

I want to thank the hotel staff, especially the restaurant where we have breakfast. They were very dedicated and everything was very clean. Our stay here was excellent. My wife and I spent 5 wonderful days here. Thank you Ybis Hotel and thank you Israel and Jerusalem. I recommend it 100%.
