Staff were cheerful, welcoming, helpful and efficient. The location is very close to the Jaffa Gate and has lots of cafés, etc nearby. Above all, the breakfast was brilliant!

Absolutely 💯 amazing hotel with the comfort you need. The receptionists” work was pleasant, they were so helpful. Thank you, my dear! The hotel is clean, fresh air, the breakfast was perfect too. I wish I could find Accor Hotels in Tel Aviv but we do not have any. The location is wonderful. You can easily reach the Old City and everything you need … ♥️

“Fair hotel for a few days visit”
Very good location, the room quite small and minimalistic, small place for luggage, the bed is quite comortable, breakfast with many options but more tuned to veggy, the hotel has all you need for a short period , but coming by car is not very easy to find the place.

Great location, within walking distance to the Old City. Shul relocated in larger lounge for Pesach which was very convenient. Nourishing & healthy breakfast buffet. Clean functional room, shabbat key available. Friendly staff

The location of the hotel is in the center of everything. The breakfast was good but all of it was in Israel standards . John was helpful with us and very kind.
