Booked it on the night, service was great, in the morning got told where to make coffee, delivered a water bottle to my room. Amazing all round

Attaching my google review. We had an absolutely awful experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone who values honesty, safety, or basic cleanliness. When we checked in, we were given a list of hotel rules clearly stating it was a strict non-smoking property — something we specifically chose because my wife is seven months pregnant. Barely an hour after checking in, we started smelling strong cigarette smoke coming into our room. My wife began coughing and feeling extremely nauseous. When I opened our door, the entire hallway was filled with smoke. I immediately went to the front desk and informed the man working there, who told me his name was Seymour. He claimed he’d go check, but returned a few minutes later saying he didn’t smell anything. That was simply impossible. I said he must have gone to the wrong floor and asked him to come with me. When we returned to the floor together, the air was suddenly filled with an overpowering perfume scent — clearly sprayed to cover up the smell of smoke. At that same moment, a group of women came out of the nearby room — the same room the smoke had been coming from. They reeked of perfume (the exact same scent now filling the hallway) and even apologized for “disturbing” us — a statement that was basically an admission they had been smoking. One quickly tried to deny it, while Seymour continued insisting that no one had smoked or sprayed anything. It was painfully obvious Seymour was protecting those guests instead of enforcing the non-smoking policy. My wife was feeling extremely sick, so we decided to leave the hotel that night. The manager was shockingly rude, completely unapologetic, and refused to give us any refund, despite the fact that other guests were openly breaking the hotel’s own rules. This place is dishonest, unsafe, and completely unprofessional. They allowed smoking in a supposedly smoke-free building, lied about it, and had no regard for the health or comfort of their guests.

“Great place to stay , when you come for a family vacation in Jerusalem.”

The staff were amazing, very accommodating to all of our requests. There is a great breakfast in the hotel. and the location near Machne Yehuda market is one of the big pluses. Also they have parking below the hotel which helps a lot if you don't want to travel around and search parking spots.

Did not have breakfast. Interesting venue. Has a different vibe than typical hotels. Very comfortable with a great location.

The location was great, there's some construction but it is well stated everywhere. Staff were really cute and we were upgraded to a better room.
