I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights & loved it. The Manager & staff are all welcoming & were attentive to everything I needed. The room is lovely & spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The breakfast is amazing, freshly prepared daily & delicious. The rooftop pool area is a relaxing oasis with a fantastic view. The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions including the Old City, The Kotel & Mahane Yehuda Market. It's also a short walk to the light rail station, which is a few stops to Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a centrally located hotel with excellent service and amazing hospitality. Thank you.

The location was prime, the staff were amazing and always going above and beyond, the room was pretty with beautiful views, and of course the food was great.

The hotel is very well positioned in the heart of jerusalem. Rooms are nice, clean, with everything we needed. Louis made the stay perfect: he provided us everything we needed, gave us advice for our daily tours and for restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also very rich and tasty.

“Great location and a comfortable nice room”

Very conveniently located, walking distance to the old city and the market. The staff was kind enough to allow me an early check in, which was helped me a lot after a cold rainy morning outside. They gave me an upgraded room with a balcony, which was very comfortable.

The location was great, the bed amazing, breakfast and housekeeping staff did a great job. Breakfast was boutique style for my taste like an early lunch I missed sweet options. But for a salty breakfast good.

The entire stay was amazing. We were greeted by Sadie’s at the front desk who made our stay a stellar experience. The rooms are incredibly well designed and the view over the park is a sight to behold. We will definitely be back. One of the best hotels in Jerusalem hands down.

Was a lot of dust in the room, on shelves, stuff and dirt from previous guests under bed. Never seen it in brown hotels before. I hope it will be changed as the hotel itself is a nice one
