“Nice helpful staff but overall depressing hotel”

So central. Close to Mahane Yehuda market, Jaffa Rd, easy 20 min walk to Jaffa gate. Managers and Staff were super helpful and sweet. Could not have been more helpful. Breakfasts were great. Fantastic spread of Israeli foods, eggs to order etc. Put other big name brand hotels to shame. Plus good coffees. Lovely touch with happy hour drinks and snacks. Rooms are compact but have everything you need. Had a small verandah which was perfect. Would stay there again in a blink.

Everything was perfect! Amazing location, cozy hotel with a beautiful garden in the heart of the city. But the most wonderful surprise was the complimentary light meals the hotel offered during the evening (from 5 pm till 7 pm). I loved it so much!

Wonderful atmosphere and exceptional service. The receptionist, Razan, went out of her way to make our stay a real pleasure and was very helpful with all our requests and did everything she could to make our stay a real delight.

Breakfast was very tasty with efficient and helpful pleasant staff. Happy hour from 5-7PM is a nice touch. Bottled water supplied in the room with Soda Coke and Sprite chilled in the mini bar at no extra cost.

Great small place, dont expect too much. Superb location. Room was fairly clean and the reception were very nice. There was a very nice rooftop for a lovely sunset. Happy hour was okish, basic drinks and fruit, cute.

The staff is lovely. The breakfast spread is outstanding; we especially loved the herbs for teas and the honey comb. Excellent location. Comfortable bed.

Excellent location: 10-15mn to the old city, the Magane Yehuda market, close (5mn) to the light train (HaDavidka station). Ideal place to visit old and new Jerusalem. Very clean room quiet and safe neighborhood Friendly staff Very good breakfast

good location about 15 minutes walk from outskirts of the centre and 30 minutes to the old city. large comfortable bed and great private terrace attached to our room but it was very windy so we weren’t able to use it for 1/2 of the time happy hour 5-7 with drinks and nibbles
