“Disappointed”

The staff tried to be helpful but when I complained that the room was very dark, they said it added ambiance. Room was very small and the bathroom was crowded. Location was very noisy until at least 13:30 am. Breakfast was plentiful but the cheesecake was still frozen.

The location is absolutely wonderful. The room was absolutely gorgeous and comfortable, The pictures don’t do it justice. The staff were lovely and accommodating. We had a wonderful stay and value for the money was great.

everything was great but for a night, no breakfast it was expensive. So certainly didn't exceed expectations. The only negative thing i have to say is about the price.

We communicated our pickup request via WhatsApp a day in advance, and it's important to be patient when interacting with the staff.

central location, a few steps from the shops and the tram stop. We really liked being there because the staff was nice, the breakfast was absolutely quality, made from fresh ingredients, it was delicious! We walked a lot, the old city was 15 minutes away. A very good starting point for exploring Jerusalem. I recommend it to everyone!

Amazing location right next to the light rail, and within easy distance to the old city and the market. Happy hour with drinks and nibbles was a great extra, breakfast was good, and the room was lovely.

“Good choice for a stay at the heart of Jerusalem”

Feels like a family run hotel rather then a hotel chain. Excelent location next to the city center and the tram. Complemetry diary refreshment with wine, salads, soup and more. Nice breakfast. Very plesent hotel staff. We came with a dog and the hotel was very accomodating and provided bed for the dog.

Leaving next to constraction bulding non stop noise wake you in the morning till evning. They do not tell you about it and you cant do any thing about it.

location is excellent ; in the heart of the city - walking distance to everywhere. tucked away adjacent to Ben yehuda street , so a stones throw to king george and rechov Jaffe. and walking distance to the old city.

Breakfast not as elaborate or varied as on previous visits. Helpfulness and warmth of staff overall as good as ever!

Reception - Manager far above average. Breakfast - great, as well as staff service. Room - cleaned in time and perfect.

location of this hotel is solid! Walking distance to everything. Though if you have luggages, you have to drag them as they are not street front. nice and clean hotel. Highlight was the wine and snack hour everyday. Spread is really nice. and it is included in the accommodation.
