Overview
Set in olive groves, Sharíqua offers beautiful views over Jérica and the Alto Palancia region. Its bright, south-facing rooms feature a private balcony or terrace. The rooms at Sharíqua have charming, rustic décor with colourful walls. Each one comes with a sofa and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and shower. Sharíqua offers an à la carte breakfast. There is also a bar. You can walk to Jerica in around 15 minutes from the house, through the olive groves. Staff can offer suggestions for hiking or cycling routes, as well as giving tips for what to see and do in the area. The property is located between Sierra Espadán and Sierra Calderona Nature Reserves. You can drive to the beach in 30 minutes, and Valencia is 40 minutes' drive away. Free parking is available and there is easy access to the A23 Motorway.

“Beautiful hotel with amazing view”
Beautiful little boutique hotel with amazing views. There is such a pleasant zen atmosphere. We had been travelling 9 hours and I wanted to explore the nature more and walk to the village but we need to do it next time. Fantastic breakfast. Lovely helpful owners. We will be back.

“Little gem in the wilderness of Spain (caution: follow the route suggested by host, not Google!)”
Absolutely beautiful B&B, with amazing views and a very sweet host who prepared such a pleasant breakfast experience for us on the balcony. The interior was decorated in such a homey aesthetic, which makes you feel welcomed and all cosy. My friend and I were travelling around Valencia and Calp prior to coming here, where we were staying at hotels, and this B&B was such a breath of fresh air, as it is located in an extremely rural/isolated place on top of a hill, in the wilderness of Spain. I wished we could have stayed longer, as it's a nice place to retreat and recharge.

absolutely beautiful location. Jérica is a beautiful town with some great bars with fabulous food. Sharíqua is roomy and comfortable with everything you could possibly need. the hosts are very kind and helpful and provide a delightful breakfast. 100% recommend staying here!

“Peaceful retreat for a few days”
The breakfast was really good and really good value. We were able to choose from a list of foods that were available. Anna used to provide a buffet but this was just as good. We had cold meats and cheese, fruit juice, squeezed,not from a carton, coffee( as much as you liked. We refused pastries, jam or preserves, fruit etc. The bed was firm and very comfortable. The whole place was cool in spite of a very hot season. There was nothing to dislike.

“Wonderful!”
Shariqua is a beautiful house overlooking Jerica - far enough away for it to be tranquil but close enough to walk to - along a lovely winding path. The breakfast was delicious and it was wonderful to relax on the terrace in the evening.

“An ideal stop over, or a longer stay.”
Breakfast was superb, couldn't have wanted more. The location was idyllically situated with a wonderful view across to the village. The house is very well maintained and Anna made us very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. We would recommend this accommodation highly, and we will be returning.

“Relaxing rural retreat”
One of the most wonderful places we've ever stayed, oozing tranquility, incredible views and a beautifully kept home by the lovely Anna. Breakfast was excellent quality and Anna was very accommodating with my vegan diet and made the best porridge I've ever had!

“Lovely guest house with stunning views of Jerica”
Amazing little guest house with breathtaking views of the village from the balconies. I loved the design and attention to detail throughout the property. There is also a large bookshelf with books and board games, nice for sitting on the balcony in the evening with a glass of wine. The garden is lovely and you can reach the town in 10-15 minutes walking through beautiful olive groves. The owner was so friendly and accommodating, and even took us to the train station the morning of our departure. Thanks for everything!
