“Comfortable init”
Really loved the unit - spacious, clean, comfortable, safe, well located (walking distance to Jelutong Night Market and 10 mins from Georgetown centre). Check-in/out process was convenient and seamless, host was very responsive over text / call (we accidentally locked ourselves inside the unit late at night and they sorted it with reception). Unit was very comfortable, clean and well furnished - sleeps 5 comfortably (in beds) and has extra mattress / sofa bed. We were very satisfied with our stay and will definitely come back here on our next trip to Penang.

“Not pleasant stay.”
The property did not meet basic cleanliness and comfort expectations. The unit was dusty, and the air-conditioning was not sufficiently cooling the space. Upon check-in, we noticed a urine stain on the toilet seat, which had not been cleaned. This was reported to the owner, who acknowledged the issue and promised to follow up, but no further action was taken. Additionally, the sleeping arrangements were poor. The bed mattress was badly sunken, and both the sofa bed and sofa were extremely uncomfortable — the metal base could be felt through the cushions, making it difficult to rest properly throughout the stay.

“Convenient”
The location of the apartment, which is in Jelutong is convenient for us. Easy to check in and check out, with detailed instructions. This is my second time staying at Urban Suites (different apartment). Just avoid the busy hour (just before 11 am) when checking out. Easy to communicate with the agent.
