1. I love everything especially the stellar team, they assist me without failed in the whatsapp group day and nite.. probably we will stay again bcoz of the very good treatment. 2. The pool waa so nice, the are plenty of pool, just choose it, also there were a wall climbing and others facilities to used. 3. Snack/beverage Vendor machine also got a plenty to choose - at level 11 pool area

“Poor, feeling cheated!”
I booked the room based on the images and descriptions provided above on website, which portrayed a well-furnished drawing room. However, upon checking in, I found that the actual room I was assigned was vastly different from what was shown online. The room was far emptier and lacked and features that were highlighted in the photos on your website. This misleading presentation was very disappointing. I had specific expectations based on the images shown, and the reality did not come close to meeting those expectations.
