“Cozy Condo Stay”
The first time I entered the hotel it smelled nice and clean. good home furnishings. there is a cooking area, a pan for cooking, a microwave, kitchen appliances, dishes, a refrigerator, a microwave, a washing machine and a clothes dryer, an iron, a TV with many channels. Soft bed and mattress, plenty of pillows. 100 meters for breakfast. it's just challenging when you want to park your car on the 7th floor, the road is quite narrow. It is recommended to park under LG around the key-only area, but there are many public cars parked there. will probably rent here in the future because it's comfortable.

The room is very comfy and spacious. The self check in and check out instructions given were very clear and precise. I loved the parking area the level for exit and entry is well organised. The pool view is great. It's wheelchair accessible and I'm happy about it. Overall it was a great stay.

The host (property owner) is superbly nice and helpful! The apartment is located in a residential area, with good facilities and proper neighborhood. The apartment itself is comfortable and has good view. Since Grab is quite cheap, it’s convenient to travel from the apartment to other parts of the island (Georgetown, Queen’s Bay, airport)

“Satisfied.”
The location is in the middle of town, nearest Penang bridge. It takes 15 minutes to go Penang Hill / Georgetown. The facilities is almost complete, have washing machine and dryer too. The house was clean when we first arrived. We can view Penang town scenery from the house as it has large window facing the town.

- the appartement itself was clean - the shower was very pleasant - they is a washing machine - the kitchen had basic equipment - there is a phenomenal common outdoor pool open till 10pm - there is a quite decent gym with a good range of machines - There is a beautiful Japanese restaurant in the basement, also a good looking Korean restaurant and a 7eleven - the host answered promptly, was flexibel and helpful - check-in/out were very smooth

very satisfied and happy to stay here, the host is also very friendly and kind, welcomed well, very nice apartment and highly recommended for friends who are on holiday to Penang, this place is a good choice and will not be disappointed, household appliances are also very complete, there is a clothes washing machine so you don't have to bother with dirty clothes, the air conditioner is very cold, the heater works very well, very beautiful memories for this holiday, thank you very much MR.
