The house bedsheet and toilet not clean.2 unit toilet also clogged. The owner also change last minit the unit to another unit when my family arrived.They give me the dirty unit. Please make sure the house clean before give .

“Bad experience.Bad house condition.Dusty”
Not even single things i like about this horrible host/house. bad house condition..all furniture are old and in bad condition.dirty??yess..very dirty..they charge you rm90 for cleaning service but in the end you have to swipe all the floor,when you open the curtain,all the dust will cover your face.when you complaint,host will ignored your message.they will switch your room without notice.feeling cheated staying here..bad decorations to..when you stepped in,feels like you are in Staff Hostel..OYO Hotel will be better than this..Urban Suites is nice but this horrible host/house will make you regret staying here.
