“Exceptional propert near Leeuwarden.”
Lovely property and excellent breakfast. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. Our bed was also very comfortable. We are art lovers and especially enjoyed the artwork in the dining room area.

“Lovingly restored parsonage in lovely hamlet”
We stayed in a beautifully restored parsonage in the hamlet of Jelsum, approximately 9 kilometres from downtown Leeuwarden. The area itself is suitable for walking and cycling and in the summer months a visit to the lovely estate/museum Dekema State. We could very much appreciate how much love and care the owners put into restoring their home and converting it into a lovely B&B. Our bedroom was light, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding with many homemade touches.

“Fairytale family time”
It is like living in a fairytale town with a spectacular view from your room. The whole second floor was available only to us.

“Relaxed stay in the countryside”
The room is very comfortable with a nice view of the country side! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of goods. Our host was very kind and friendly and gave us useful tips on what to visit in the area. I would totally recommend this place !

Nice,quiet location,just outside of Leeuwarden. Friendly host.Nice room with good matress.Adequate breakfast. Good value for money.Ideal as base to explore Friesland.
