The front office here is very friendly and warm -hearted, which let us feel like our best friends. Also,the staff will say hello to you always ! All in all, it's a very nice experience for me

The photos online do not match the current state of the resort- more attention needs to be paid to cleanliness (the rooms are clean but the balconies looked like they'd never been considered), and general repair of the building and facilities that were falling apart and looked abandoned. The pool also had moss growing in parts. There was only ever one front desk staff visible, who we asked to help with our luggage to take up to the 3rd floor (no lifts). He came running to take them up himself and after he was done we saw him running back, without ever addressing myself or my partner. No staff were ever present also at the cafe where presumably you were supposed to order drinks for the pool area. The photos online seem to have been from it's best days when it first opened - in no way does it reflect the current state. Overall the place seemed to be a bit abandoned and without care.
