Overview
Jeju Oriental Hotel has been offering 321 elegant guest rooms and 5-star services to its visitors since 1988. Only 400 metres from Top-dong 4-way Intersection, the hotel offers easy access to Jeju International Airport and Jeju Port just a 10-minute drive away. It also neighbours numerous local seafood restaurants, cafés and shops. All rooms here feature large panoramic windows boasting either sea or city views. The seating area includes a flat-screen TV, and there is a work desk in every room. Spacious en suite bathrooms are fitted with both a bath and a shower, while the toilets are equipped with an electronic bidet. The hotel’s Korean and Western restaurant is open for lunch and dinner and is located on the basement floor. The buffet restaurant is open for breakfast from 06:30 until 09:30. Coffee and small snacks are available at Leciel from 07:00 until 22:00. Here, guests can relax in sauna and public bath facilities or take swings at the on-site indoor golf range. “Comfortable and spacious”
Hotel is a 15min taxi ride from the airport. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and polite. Hotel has restaurants and a convenience store in the building.

Deodorising smell upon entry of hotel. Location Near the market and shoreline. free parking available. Heated floors keeps feet warm during winter. Staff friendly and helpful. Spacious room. Toilet bidet works. Shoe horn was useful. Free Slippers were handy. Starbucks and convenience store available was handy

No plumber came to fix the toilet bowl which could not be flushed properly. In form the front desk 3 times over 3 days. No one came to fix it.
