I stayed at this hotel for one night and was very disappointed. There is no view at all, the breakfast was terrible — not fresh, left uncovered for 4–5 hours, and honestly not appetizing. The staff seemed unprofessional when it came to handling payments and refunds. I asked for an invoice, and they told me to go to their other branch to get it, which was very inconvenient. Overall, I didn’t feel comfortable during my stay and wouldn’t recommend this place.

Super nice room, with lots of space (like a looot of space!) and very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and we were even able to check-in early.

The hotel is easy to find and within a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. The reception speaks well English and is very helpful as well as the staff. The apartment is spacious and good value for money. With a quick taxi ride ( uber or careem) you can be at the Red Sea Mall. Wifi good Breakfast is a typical prepared Saudi breakfast with cheese and olives. Not a full English breakfast but we enjoyed it.

The location is great, around 10 min walk to the corniche, and close to the drive way if you want to visit by car /taxi. The staff was incredible,the room was clean and the food very good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lotaz Hotel in Jeddah, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. The hotel is beautifully designed and a great location that made exploring the city so convenient. However, what truly stood out to me was the exceptional service I received, particularly from Maria at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, professional, and went out of her way to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Her friendly demeanor and attention to detail made a significant difference, and I truly appreciated her hospitality. I highly recommend Lotaz Hotel for anyone visiting Jeddah!
