The apartment smelled of urine when we arrived at the location because the toilet in the downstairs bathroom was leaking. In a kitchen cabinet, we found an insect about 5 cm long, and in the bed, a lizard. There were probably more around the apartment. All the windows were wide open, and wet bedding was hanging in front of them, so moisture was accumulating in the apartment while airing it out. Horrible.
