Selina was waiting to welcome us. The accommodation was wonderful. So much space and all beautifully decorated. Lamps in all the right places for us readers. Comfortable bed, fab shower, lovely views. Breakfast was great and service brilliant, I only looked up and the next coffee was offered, as was one for the road! We highly recommend Selina and her accomadation and will definitely be back. Thank you for a lovely stay we're just sorry we only had the 1 night .

“Quiet, clean & great value for money.”

This B&B is a former garage that has been converted to a combination of appartments and B&B rooms. In the restaurant / breakfast area you can still find artifacts that refer back to the former function of the building. The B&B is situated at the end of a small road with a stream running by the place and close by a large fishing pond. Not far from the B&B is a small quarry. As we visited during the weekend there was no activity there and we enjoyed the quietness of the surroundings. Not sure what it is like duing working hours. While sitting outside, sipping wine, we spotted a fox who came looking for food. It ended up eating the cats diner before diappearing back into the bushes! The apartment that we stayed in was large and spotless clean. We loved the the decoration which was nostalgic, with deliberate hints to the past. The bed was comfortable (loved the pillows too!). Breakfast was served in the former workplace (which has been beautifully modernised to serve as a dining area) and was very good. The host puts a lot of effort into making it a feast for the eyes.

What a lovely surprise. Huge beautifully renovated 2 level apartment. Very spacious and authentic living room where you can be served dinner upon request and an upstairs tv room, bedroom and bathroom area. Spacious, quiet and relaxing. Just perfect. Big value for money, very pleasant atmosphere, working wifi (other comments mentioned there was none but there is), and exceptional reception from the hosts! You also have a boutique area for some shopping and the restaurant area for breakfast (I understand the latter is open on Friday Saturday and Sunday with reservation). We ordered dinner and were delighted with a very welcomed room service. Perfectly cooked meal and a bottle of wine to wrap up the trip and the night. Breakfast is served in the restaurant area and is ideal to start the day and keep moving. Highly recommend. To note: we were travelling with 3 cats and we were immediately reassured there was no problem staying with them at no extra charge!
