No one speaks English, was impossible to pay with bank card, etc.etc.etc.

There was NO HEAT on and NO HOT WATER. We did contact the reception right away. But there was no action or no help to get. We did only stay there for 1 night instaed of prepaid 2 nights. Poor and no service at all.
