The quality of the accommodation (finishes , fixtures and fittings, decor etc ) are exceptional. As is the location, with its amazing views of Xabia and its coastline. The pool is excellent too and Lena and Hartmut are superb hosts.

Photos already look incredible on booking, but somehow the location looked even better. The view is surreal, the apartment was impeccable and had everything we needed. I really recommend walking down to the city (about 30 min) for golden hour as the views are spectacular. Lena is such a kind and welcoming host, making the stay even more pleasant and comfortable. Honestly I haven’t been this satisfied with a stay in this long and am certainly going to be back. I didn’t know anything about Xàbia before coming there and I have rarely been in a small town with such kind and inviting people. The area is gorgeous, there are amazing restaurants to eat in, beaches to swim in, bars to dance in, the lair goes on… Writing this review hurts a little because of how much I am missing it already haha. 10/10.

Very nice apartment with the greatest view of the town and ocean. Nice pool and the hosts were very friendly and flexible with both check-in and check-out. We had a really great stay there. The apartment had the stuff that you needed - also to make some breakfast etc. yourself.
