The reception area was really clean & welcoming. Room was spotless, as were all other areas. Breakfast paid separately in 5th floor restaurant with stunning views. Full English €8.50 & was fab

The lack of service facilities. The restaurant is a separate business from the rooms so requires separate bookings. No tea or kettle in the room, shower is over the bath with required stepping I to.the bath , not good for 80 year olds! Etc....
