Perfect location - everything you need is on your doorstep and you are a 2 minute walk from being in the sea. Great views from the apartment. Fantastic host who was very accommodating, great with communications, met us with the keys and walked us through the apartment. You will not fail to be impressed with the location and area.

Beautiful location, loads of restaurants and bars shops all very near. The balcony was beautiful the property was very comfortable with most of the things we needed. Plenty of warm bedding which was great for January Our host was very friendly and helpful.

Easy to arrange and get access. Lift up to 4th floor with short flight of stairs to the front door which we were aware of at booking. Generous terrace with plenty of space. Internals: plenty of seating. Small kitchen but with everything you need. Bedroom has a lot of storage. Right in the middle of the port. Easy access to supermarket, pharmacy, ice cream shop, restaurants, shops, La Grava (pebble) beach.

I have stayed in Javea a dozen times and this suited us the best and was excellent value for money. Toni was very proactive in communicating with us to arrange getting into the apartment. This one bedroom apartment with sofa bed was a perfect size. It has a full kitchen with a washing machine. My child was comfortable on the sofa bed. We loved sitting out on the balcony, which has its own shade. In addition to the balcony there was also access to the rooftop terrace that had clothes lines. The location is also fantastic. The building is located on the pedestrian street a stone’s throw from the beach. We had no trouble finding on street parking. There is a lift that goes to the fourth floor. We just needed to carry our bags up one flight of stairs. The air conditioner worked well, keeping the place cool on some very warm days.

Brilliantly situated slap bang in the middle of the port area. Our host Toni was fabulous, meeting us promptly, in contact a few days before we arrived and took the trouble to check we were ok after one of the area's hefty thunderstorms and downpours! You will be spoiled for choice with restaurants and the apartment comes with a fabulous view of the coast and harbour. Yes, there is renovation work being done at the neighbouring property but builders didn't start until 8ish and were finished by late afternoon. Wear ear plugs if you want a lie in, it didn't bother us at all. Thanks Toni we had a lovely time.

There was a bit of confusion about meeting Antonio at the apartment but it was quickly resolved. The apartment was very good. There was external work going on on the building but this impacted little on our stay. The location was excellent with many restaurants nearby and the beach within a few metres. Antonio provided coffee capsules for the coffee machine and there was a supermarket within a couple of minutes walk. There is free car parking throughout Xabia but you sometimes have to drive around to find a slot. The apartment has a washing machine and there is a clothes line on the roof. The view from the balcony is excellent.
