“Well located apartment with a nice view”
The apartment is exactly as the photos show. It looks over some tennis courts and has a view of the sea. It is very clean, well equipped and well cared for. Everything works as it should and the water pressure in the shower is very good. The apartment is in a great location - just 5 minutes walk to the beach and close to lots of bars and restaurants. It is in a gated community so the parking is secure.

Beautiful, modern, light filled apartment and only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and promenade of Javea. Undercover parking is also included. Friendly service from start to finish. Highly recommend for a couple or a couple with one child.

location is nice - 5 minutes walk from the beach and all the shops, and cool views from the window. Maybe a bit outdated, but you feel that people care about the place.

“Studio Apartment Javea”
Excellent location, walking distance to l'Arenal bars, restaurants and beach, lovely views. Very secure, also had own car parking space. Lovely clean, tidy studio apartment perfect for our winter break. Would definitely visit again. Highly recommend.
