“Clean and spacious budget hotel in a peaceful environment”
The room was spacious and it had a kitchenette with cooking facilities. The front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast bag was a nice extra. There is a convenient bus connection to the Jakobsberg railway station. The closest bus stop is just a few hundred meters from the hotel. Viksjö centrum with shops and restaurants is within a walking distance. Opposite of the hotel is a small park and a peaceful residential area. Next to the hotel are industrial buildings but it was very quiet during the weekend I stayed there.

“Great staff, but cleaning frequency can make stays better”
The staff was very cooperative and helping, so that's a huge plus. The only improvement needed is if they can offer cleaning service more often for longer stays

It's about the 5th time I am booking this property, but this time they disappointed me because I requested early check-in 2 times and they responded with approval. However, when I got there at 2 am, the receptionist didn't know about it and told me that all rooms were fully booked. Unfortunately, I was so disappointed because this time I was pregnant and wasn't able to do anything. After he knew that I could no longer stand on my feet, he offered me a room that was out of order just to sleep for the night. The room had no air conditioning and no water because a faucet was broken, making it my worst experience ever. And no one came to me with an apology or something else.
