We left after some hours back and forth with management. We even wrote Booking .com a letter. I lost 50% of my money as we wanted to leave right away and went as a walk inn to another hotel! It is horrible decayed. Everything is old or out of order even the 7 swimmingpools 1 was working and smelled strange. The staff is really nice and really tried to make up for it but even loosing money i was willing to leave the premises asap. Nothing is as the pictures.

The views from the hotel were amazing and the choices for breakfast were great with some Dominican dishes, some international choices and some healthy options. The staff were also very friendly.
