The breakfast every day was truly amazing and the owners were extremely kind. The place is beautiful and close to the beach.

We loved our stay at Moringe's and would definitely stay there again if we ever get the chance to come back to Zanzibar. We were looking for a quiet area with easy access to the beach and to local Swahili food and shops and this place was perfect for that. The room was spacious and located on the ground floor and we enjoyed sitting on the patio in front of the room to enjoy the afternoon breeze and shade. Breakfast was fantastic, we were served amazing rice cakes, fresh fruits, juice and so many other delicious things. Moringe was very responsive and ready to answer all our questions.

This place was really cozy and the owner, Moringe, was very helpful with anything we needed! The breakfast is amazing with lots of fruit, and the room was spacious, clean and comfy. Really good value for the price!

Perfect location, close to the beach. Tasty fresh breakfast prepared directly from the wife of the owner, every morning a lot of fruits. Moringe is smart and available to manage every needs. You can do also a lot of stuff having fair price. It is an homestay in a village so the forniture obviously are not the one that you can find in an hotel.

Great stay and great bungalow. I loved my stay here. The bungalow is 5 mins walking from town and from beach. My room was clean and comfy and with private bathroom. Breakfast included was really rich with eggs, fruit, juice and coffee. There is no hot water but you are not gonna need it. The owner Amour and his wife were really kind. If you go there, expect blackout (like in any other place) but with a flash or torch, is gonna be solved.

Best budget friendly accommodation in Jambiani. So good and big breakfast everyday, I almost needed to back to sleep 😁 I booked 5 nights, but I stayed 10.

Everyone was so nice!! And we had an amazing and delicious breakfast every morning! Also when we were too hot they gave us a second fan. Will come again!! <3

It is very cozy, you feel home and living among the locals. It is a very simple place, but with all you need. Very close to the beach, feels safe and it is clean.

Moringe and his family are amazing people, always helpful. Location is perfect, close to the beach and main road. Great value for money, we also enjoyed the terrace. Delicious, delicious breakfast which are included in this price. You can be full for all day.

Close to the beach, local owned house, very new and clean. Amur and his wife were super nice and helpful. I was having problems with my mobile phone and he helped me sort it out. Muaju (his wife) is super sweet and made us the best breakfast. We recommend staying there 100%

Is in the village,is a local house, but very cosy. Owner and his wife very friendly.

The room is quite spacious, especially ample shower space which can often be cramped. Fan, mosquito net, small private terrace and a larger common yard. Good freshly-prepared breakfast. A small shop 1min away, 2-3min away to the beach and the main road to catch a bus to Stone Town. It is a great way to directly support a local family instead of larger hotels and resorts nearby.
