It is close to the beach and has a restaurant. Mohammed called himself a butler but he was much more than that. He was single-handedly the person who made our stay much better. Nothing was a bother for him. There was a kitchen if you wanted to cook. The view was stunning. It was fun to see birds or cats or even goats on the beach or close to the property. Breakfast can be ordered to the flat and was super delicious.

“Beautiful Villa - Would stay again”

We had a lovely stay at Joya Beach Suites Villa. The room is impeccable and it was ideal having two bedrooms for plenty of space. We absolutely loved both pools that came with the room. Charles is an excellent butler and responds very quickly to everything you need. We were also impressed by the food from the restaurant next door - probably the best lobster I've had, and a generous portion size. As well as the restaurant on site being good there are also a few other places within a less than 10 minutes walk, so plenty of options for food. Would definitely recommend staying here while in Zanzibar.

Perfectly located villa, right at the beach. Views from the penthouse apartment are spectacular. Direct beach location means plenty of strong wind, but it adds to the overall experience. Apartment itself well-equipped, everything you need available in the kitchen. There is no need to cook, though, because breakfast and à la carte food is very good. Beds very comfortable. AC in the bedrooms works well and quietly. Communication very swift and helpful before and during the stay. What makes everything extra special are the wonderful people working there. Cleaning and butler service are amazing. A very big thank you to Mohamed, who made our stay so wonderful.

“Beautiful villa right on the beach”

Exceptional villa right on the beach. The villa is stunning and all the staff were super nice. The cleaning team comes 2 times per day (morning and evening) and the breakfast is fresh served on the terrace - you order it the day before via WhatsApp. You can also order food ( bear in mind it takes some time) or for those who want a local dish there is a local restaurant just in front - they will bring the food to you and they are very nice people too. Jambiani beach is beautiful and you can walk safely around. There are many restaurants around - heads up to Passion, just 2 buildings away (best food I had in Zanzibar). On the beach, there will be some local Masai approaching you with their bracelets and souvenirs but I felt they are nicer than in the north part of the island (not so pushy). You can also find some fishermen offering you tour boats. We took one and it was amazing. We enjoyed our stay so much that we cancelled another booking to come back here again two days later we left the property. Thank you Mohammed, Charles, and the cleaning team for making our stay unforgettable.
