“Disappointing photos to reality”
I have to say, this place was a disappointment. The photos online made it look really nice, but in reality the place was very dishevelled and even seemed to be in disrepair in places. My room had a small box of trash in it from the previous tenant, meaning the room wasn't properly cleaned before my arrival - bed itself was fine. Location is amazing though, right on the beach pretty much. I would recommend paying a bit more and staying somewhere better in Jambiani.

I felt very comfortable here. Everyone here is very, very nice and you are in very good hands here. Breakfast was ok. And the location was very good and near to the sea. I really liked it here.

Super friendly stuff and you get a lot for little money. Breakfast changed nearly everyday and was sometimes a bit to much egg-based. But in request they prepared something without egg.

Jacob and the other guys hosting you are very nice. Close to the beach. Very nice veranda as a common area in the front.
